This service is operated by LMNRD, based in the Netherlands ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your purchase itself is made from our merchant of record, Polar, who is the seller of record and whose details appear on your invoice and receipt.
D&Digital is a text roleplaying game in which an AI acts as a Dungeon Master. The game is compatible with the fifth-edition SRD rules, which are used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Wizards of the Coast, and "Dungeons & Dragons" is their trademark, not ours.
Rules credits. This work includes material taken from the System Reference Document 5.1 ("SRD 5.1") and the System Reference Document 5.2.1 ("SRD 5.2.1") by Wizards of the Coast LLC, available at dndbeyond.com/srd. The SRD 5.1 and SRD 5.2.1 are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. The compendium shortens and reformats that material, and was converted with the help of the 5e-bits database (MIT licence; the full notice is in data/srd/NOTICE.txt). Homebrew you make is yours; you are responsible for not copying anyone else's protected material into it.
All purchases are final. Credit packs and Premium, monthly or yearly, are not refunded, whether or not the credits have been used.
Credits and Premium are digital content delivered straight away. At checkout you ask for delivery to start at once and agree that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law as soon as it does.
Made a mistake, or something went wrong? Email us at [email protected] and tell us what happened. For example, you were charged twice, bought the wrong pack, or a payment went through but the credits did not arrive. We look at every message.
None of this affects your legal rights if the service does not work as described. If it does not, we will fix it or refund you as the law requires.
How we count the carbon our Dungeon Master emits, and how we remove it, is set out on our climate page, which forms part of these terms. It also shows a live count of the carbon emitted and removed so far. In short: we count the replies our Dungeon Master writes, using Mistral AI's published lifecycle figure per reply, and we buy certified carbon removal through Climeworks covering everything on that counter. Each purchase and its certificate is added to the climate page when it is made. Our offsets cover carbon only, and only requests that run on our key are counted.
We do not promise the service will always be up. It depends on our AI providers (Mistral AI, with Google as a backup) and our hosting provider, and any of them can fail. We save your progress locally in your browser as well as in the cloud, but you should not treat a game save as an archive of anything you care about.
We may change or discontinue features. If we ever close the paid service, we will tell you by email and in the game 30 days before it closes, so you have time to use your credits. Credits left when it closes are not refunded.
You can stop using the service and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks section 7. Credits and Premium on a suspended or terminated account are lost and are not refunded.
Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under Dutch law. Beyond that, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of your own country's consumer law and may bring proceedings where you live.
We will tell you in the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
